Gloria J. Sinclair Miller, GPHR, SHRM-SCP
Gloria Sinclair Miller is an accomplished Senior HR Business Executive with more than 25 years of success in the human resources in a variety of different industries including banking, retail and pharmaceutical. Ms. Sinclair Miller has held leadership positions with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), USO of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Borders Group Inc, TD Bank and Rosenbluth International. Concurrently, Ms. Sinclair Miller is the Principal for SMG Global Solutions, LLC, which is a global business firm with partnerships with other organizations to provide business, human capital, technology and start up consultation globally.
Most recently, Ms. Sinclair Miller worked with large and mid-size organizations on facilitating workshops on honest conversations around inclusive culture building, diversity, equity and inclusion. Additionally, she is working with organizations to refine policies and practices to drive inclusion strategies. Ms. Sinclair Miller has earned a Masters and Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Widener University and Wilmington Universities respectively. Her professional credentials include, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, Global Professional in Human Resources Certifications (GPHR and SPHR) as well as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Ms. Sinclair Miller also holds a specialty micro credential in People Analytics and Inclusive Workplace Cultures.
